HAKOM’s experts at the festival of ICT achievements – INFOFEST 2015

 Zagreb, 30 September 2015 – Within the framework of the 22nd  INFOFEST – A Festival of ICT Achievements, the 13th international conference entitled "Regulatory Activity in the Electronic Communications Sector" is taking place in Budva from 27 September to 3 October. The conference was organized by the Agency for Electronic Communications and Postal Services of Montenegro (EKIP) and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). The participants at the conference, which, among other things, focused on increased availability of broadband and its acceptance, on achievements in technological development, action plans, user protection and future development plans  included representatives of regulatory agencies, ministries, electronic communications operators and experts from international organizations competent for regulation and policy of electronic communications development. Experts from the Croatian Regulatory Authority for Network Industries (HAKOM) also participated in the conference, Josip Šajnović who presented on the topic of "Promoting development of broadband in local government bodies" and Krešimir Šakić who talked on the "Regulatory Framework for the allocation of the second digital dividend in Croatia" as well as Anita Budimir with the topic "Cost Assessor".  Read more, on HAKOM's website, here...
