Bilateral meeting between Moldova's NRFC and Romania's ANCOM
Chisinau, 2 June 2016 - A two-day bilateral meeting between the National Centre for Radio Frequencies of the Republic of Moldova (NRFC) and the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications of Romania (ANCOM) took place on 1 and 2 June in Chisinau. During the meeting, the two teams of technical experts addressed several issues pertaining to the use of radio frequencies of terrestrial broadcasting services and for land mobile service in border areas:
mutual coordinattion of radio frequencies for terrestrial audio broadcasting stations and digital terrestrial television stations;
Technical arrangements agreed text on the use of frequencies in the bands 694-790 MHz, 880-915 / 925-960 MHz, 1452-1492 MHz, 1710-1785 / 1805-1880 MHz and 3400-3800 MHz.
As well, the technical experts held consultations to identify preferential channels GSM 900 MHz and 1800 MHz bands.
