Electronic and Postal Communications Authority is the regulatory body in the field of electronic communications and postal service, which supervises the regulatory framework defined by the law on electronic communications, by the Law on postal service and the development policies, defined by the Council of Ministers.

Albanian tender for frequencies in the 1800 MHz band
Albania has opened the Tender procedure for granting the rights to use frequencies in the band 1800 MHz for GSM/LTE/UMTS/WiMAX systems.
The minimum acceptable price for the bidders for each of the rights of use 2x6 MHz from the frequency band 1800 MHz will be 3.100.000 (three million and one hundred thousand) Euro.
