AKOS signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Bosnian regulator RAK
Ljubljana, 24 November 2016 - Today, AKOS has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Regulatory Agency for Communications of Bosnia and Herzegovina (RAK). The purpose of the document is to further develop friendly relations on the basis of equality and mutual benefit, recognizing the importance of the role the both authorities play in the field of electronic communications services for the development of social and economic prosperity of the two countries.
The memorandum has no legal implications for the functioning of the Agency, but it identifies areas of joint action, including the exchange of experiences and practices in the field of market regulation and various forms of joint professional education, participation in international conferences and symposia.
The Agency has already signed such memoranda with the Croatian, Montenegrin, Macedonian, Serbian and Albanian regulators.
