AKEP - EKIP meeting in Tirana
Tirana, 21 July 2015 - On 20 July, at the AKEP headquarters, the Albanian authority's representatives met a delegation of the Montenegrin regulator (EKIP) made of Mr. Zoran Sekulic - Executive Director, Ms. Ana Radonjic - Member of the Board, Mr. Boris Jevric - Head of the Radiocommunications Department, Mr. Elvis Babačić - Manager of Fixed and Mobile Radiocommunication, and Mr. Boris Vukčević - Advisor for International Relations. The EKIP delegation was welcomed by the Chairman of the Board of AKEP, Mr. Pyro Xhixho, members of the Governing Council, Director of Frequency Monitoring, Quality and Inspection, Mr. Vasil Mitezi, as well as by the Director of Frequency, Numbering, and Authorizations Administration, Mr. Shefqet Meda. The Montenegrin delegation was in Tirana to discuss around common measurement results dated 10.06.2015 performed in the territory of Montenegro and Albania, in the framework of the implementation of a technical agreement on the use of 900 Mhz and 1800 Mhz bands in border areas, as well as to discuss other issues of interest to both institutions in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the parties.
